What is the Nutterie Points Program?
It’s our way of rewarding you for doing what you already love: snacking! Earn points every time you shop, plus score bonus points for things like creating an account, celebrating your birthday, following us on social media, leaving product reviews and more. Then, turn those points into discounts and unlock even better perks as you move up through our loyalty tiers.
How do I earn points?
There are plenty of ways to rack up points! You’ll earn 4 points for every $1 you spend when you’re signed in to your account. You can also earn bonus points along the way, including 100 points for creating an account, 500 birthday points, 50 points for following us on Instagram, 50 points for liking us on Facebook, and up to 100 points for reviewing products, depending on your loyalty tier.
Keep an eye out for bonus point events too. There may be even more ways to grow your stash!
How do I redeem points?
Ready to crack open your rewards? Sign in to your Nutterie account to see your available points and rewards. You can redeem your points for eligible discounts through your account or at checkout. Just choose the reward you want to use and apply it to your order.
Do points expire?
Nope! Your Nutterie Loyalty points currently do not expire, so you can keep saving them until you’re ready to treat yourself. If that ever changes, we’ll make sure to let our members know.
When do I actually receive my points?
Pretty much right away! Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your points should automatically appear in your Nutterie account. No extra steps needed, just shop, snack and watch your points add up.
How do tiers work?
The more you snack, the more perks you unlock! Your tier is based on the points you earn over a 12-month period. Everyone starts at Sesame and can move up through Peanut, Cashew and Pistachio as they earn more points.
Your tier progress resets each year, giving you a fresh start to earn your way up again. But don’t worry, any perks you’ve already unlocked won’t disappear right away. You’ll have an additional 6 months after your yearly reset to enjoy any unused perks from your previous tier.
As you move up, you’ll unlock even more, including more points for product reviews, early access to sales, bonus point events, gift cards, exclusive offers and more. The more you snack, the sweeter the rewards!
How does the referral program work?
Good snacks are meant to be shared! Once you’re a member, you’ll have your own unique referral link to send to friends. When a friend uses your link and places their first qualifying order, they’ll get $5 off and you’ll get $10 off your next order.
They discover their new favourite snacks, you get rewarded. Everybody wins.
When do referral rewards apply?
Your referral reward will be issued after your friend places their first qualifying order using your unique referral link. Once their order qualifies, your $10 reward will be added to your account so you can put it toward your next Nutterie haul.
Is the Points program free to join?
100%! Joining is completely free. Create your account and you’ll even start with 100 points on us. From there, simply shop, snack and earn your way toward more rewards.
Where do I see my point balance?
Your points and rewards are always easy to find! Sign in to your Nutterie account or open our Points Hub pop-up to see your current point balance, available rewards and loyalty tier. It’s your go-to spot to see what you’ve earned, what you can redeem and how close you are to unlocking your next perk.
