This pistachio-topped twist on the classic hummus is a tasty as it's beautiful to look at!
Whip it up in 5 minutes and impress your guests!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup water (divided)
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp. smoked paprika or regular paprika (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In food processor, combine all the ingredients except the pistachios until desired consistency is achieved
- Serve and top with pistachios, olive oil and paprika drizzle
