When my daughter became of age to eat solids, I started researching and testing different muffin recipes without much success. Later, my dear friend Andreaa shared her son's favourite muffins recipe and it was incredible.
Since then, I've made them at least 20 times and I've made one swap to make the muffins even more moist! (YAY)
Note that you can choose to add sweeteners (like honey, maple syrup, brown sugar or others) to your liking or simply omit to do so.
