Ingredients

  • 500g of your choice of Nutterie’s Energy Ball Mix
  • ¼ cup of nut or seed butter
  • ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 can (400ml) Coconut Milk
  • ¾ cup of chia seeds
  • 2 tsps Vanilla (optional)
  • 1 cup of your favourite nuts and shredded coconut to top off

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or powerful blender, pulse together 500g of Nutterie’s Energy ball mix with ¼ of almond butter and ¼ cup of honey.
  2. Press down into a springform pan into an even layer.
  3. Mix 1 can of coconut milk with ¾ of a cup of chia seeds. Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes to have the chia absorb the coconut milk.
  4. Once fully hydrated, pour mixture on top of the energy ball mix base.
  5. Top with 1 cup of your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Optionally, you can use one of Nutterie’s breakfast toppers as they are already the perfect mix and texture. 
  6. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to cool.
  7. Remove from fridge and Remove from springform pan, slice and enjoy!
