Instructions
- Using a food processor or powerful blender, pulse together 500g of Nutterie’s Energy ball mix with ¼ of almond butter and ¼ cup of honey.
- Press down into a springform pan into an even layer.
- Mix 1 can of coconut milk with ¾ of a cup of chia seeds. Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes to have the chia absorb the coconut milk.
- Once fully hydrated, pour mixture on top of the energy ball mix base.
- Top with 1 cup of your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Optionally, you can use one of Nutterie’s breakfast toppers as they are already the perfect mix and texture.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to cool.
- Remove from fridge and Remove from springform pan, slice and enjoy!
