The Best Sweet & Salty Chocolate Brownie

During the Grande Dégustation 2026, we had the pleasure of collaborating with ChefTommy Caron to create a recipe that is as indulgent as it is unforgettable.
Using Nutterie products, he crafted a rich, fudgy dark chocolate brownie, finished with our 5 à 7 Mix for a delicious crunch and the perfect sweet and salty balance. The result is a decadent dessert where intense chocolate meets perfectly toasted nuts in every bite.
The recipe was an instant hit during the event. Warm, chocolatey and impossible to resist. So of course we had to share it with you so you can recreate these decadent brownies right at home.
Try the recipe and discover a brownie that is rich, fudgy and truly irresistible.
Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter until smooth. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and corn syrup until light and well combined.
Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then add the cream.
Add the flour and mix until a smooth, uniform batter forms.
Butter and line the bottom of a 17 x 20 inch pan (at least 1 inch high) with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and sprinkle the 5 À 7 Mix evenly over the top.
Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes. The center should still be slightly jiggly and the edges should not brown.
Let cool to room temperature.
Remove from the pan and cut the brownies into cubes.
