There is something about summer BBQs and Brussels sprout based salads that simply go hand in hand together!
Of course, we'd adding in a Nutterie twist with some pecans and dried fruit!
Discover this quick and easy recipe and prepare it during your next dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 to 1.5 lbs of Brussel sprouts (halved)
- 1/3 cup of sliced Cranberries
- Honey (to taste)
- Goat cheese (optional and to taste)
- Olive oil, salt, pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grill or sauté the halved Brussel sprouts (in wok, pan or on foil on the BBQ)
- Separately sauté the pecans until you see them darkening slightly
- Mix in the Brussel sprouts, pecans and cranberries. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, honey (to taste) and goat cheese (optional)
