Energy Balls Recipe (Pistachique, Yogi, Granola Mom)

Congratulations, you've probably just purchased one of our 3 energy ball mixes. What are they? They are pre-measured bags of nuts, dried fruits and seeds in which you only have to add in your favourite binder (see recommendations below), blend, roll & enjoy. Before diving into recipes, here's a little bit more about the inspiration and flavour profile of each energy ball mix.
PISTACHIQUE: Proud of its name, this blend will give you beautiful green balls filled with the goodness and flavours of pistachios which are predominant! Touches of coconut and other nuts are there! #AMust
GRANOLA MOM: The mix will make balls loved by young and old, which are versatile for breakfast and snacks! They are gluten-free yet with oats, roasted peanuts, almonds, sultana raisins and dates!!! Yummm!
YOGI: The black look, extremely unique for energy balls, is carried by chia seeds which are incredible for digestion and cardiovascular health! Find a touch of dark chocolate and several other nuts!
Shake: Shake the entire bag to make sure your ingredients are evenly distributed. If you prefer your energy balls to be a little less sweet, you can even remove a few dates.
Mix: Blend the mix together using a food processor or high speed blender.
We recommend you begin with 1/3 of your bag at the time in your blender to make sure the blades are powerful enough. Once the first 1/3 of your bag is nicely blended (yet chunky for that crunch we all love), continue with the other 1/3 and then the last 1/3 of the blend
Blend. Scrape. Until desired texture is achieved.
We recommend using a food processor if you have one on hand. If not, a high-power blender works just fine but you might have to stop and scrape a few more times.
Roll:Roll into bite size balls based on your preference.
Customize:You can customize your energy balls by rolling them into a powdered nuts of your choice, shredded coconut or dip them into melted chocolate (half-dipped or fully dipped).
Refrigerate to solidify and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can freeze them without a problem in ziplock bags for up to a month (make sure you remove all the air from the bag prior.
Great add-ons: Cinnamon, Matcha, Citrus Zest (delicious in the Granola Mom), Vanilla Extract, Cocoa powder, Chocolate chips, Shredded coconut
