Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, mix Nutterie chia seeds with almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to prevent clumping, then let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for a thicker consistency.
- Stir before serving and top with your favorite ingredients!
- Chia-Oat Power Pudding (For extra texture energy!)
- Follow the same recipe above but add:
- 1/4 cup quick oats before refrigerating.
- This will create a heartier, creamier pudding, perfect for breakfast!
