Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Nutterie chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk(or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp Nutterie honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix Nutterie chia seeds with almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to prevent clumping, then let sit for 5 minutes and stir again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for a thicker consistency.
  4. Stir before serving and top with your favorite ingredients!
  5. Chia-Oat Power Pudding (For extra texture energy!)
  6. Follow the same recipe above but add:
  7. 1/4 cup quick oats before refrigerating.
