Crafted with two of our favorite ingredients, these delectable treats offer a perfect balance of sweetness and indulgence. Whether you're craving a guilt-free snack or a luxurious dessert, these bite-sized wonders are sure to satisfy your cravings and transport your taste buds to paradise.
PS: Impress your guests and serve them as dessert on any occasion! Best served cold out of the fridge/freezer for the extra crunch!
Combine Ingredients: In a mixer, combine Nutterie's shredded coconut, condensed coconut milk, and honey. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Shape into Balls: Take about a tablespoon of the coconut mixture and roll it between your palms to form compact balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used, spacing the balls evenly apart.
Chill: Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill the coconut balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
Prepare Chocolate Coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt Nutterie's organic chocolate wafers and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
Coat with Chocolate: Remove the coconut balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork or a dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off before placing the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Set: Return the chocolate-coated coconut balls to the refrigerator and let them set for another 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate coating hardens.
Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has set, your Nutterie's Coconut Chocolate Balls are ready to be enjoyed! Arrange them on a serving platter or in mini cupcake liners for a charming presentation. Share them with friends and family or savor them as a delightful indulgence all to yourself.
Keep: Freeze in a ziplock bag and enjoy as you wish for weeks to come!
