Enjoy these 2 nutty nutty Yin Yang sauces!
Cranberry Yin sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 3/4 cup of sliced cranberries
- 5 tbsp. of your favourite dijon mustard (grainy)
- 3-4 tbsp. of brown sugar (important for consistency so we recommend to avoid replacing it)
- approx. 1/4 cup of water (to thin to your liking)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine cranberries with mustard in a blender and blend while slowly adding some water to thin the sauce. Add the brown sugar and blend again while thinning with water.

Peanut Yang sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup salted creamy peanut butter (homemade or store bought). Can be replaced with almond butter in case of allergy, intolerance or preference.
- 1-2 tbsp. gluten-free Tamari
- 1-2 tbsp. honey, maple syrup or liquid Splenda (or other sweetener of your liking)
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes (adjust spiciness to your liking)
- 2-3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- approx. 1/4 cup of water (to thin to your liking)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend while progressively adding water to thin your sauce.
